Met District manager at the time. Was very professional, and knowledgeable about what was expected and what the employee expected from job and 3 year plans. Met the chef and he was totally inept at answering any questions about the account, food costs, and what was needed to perform the job. Never informed employees of MANDATORY after hours work to learn " Nutritional Program" that consisted of listening to some lady spout on for three hours about food that is tasteless and no one wants to eat. If you have to miss it due to other previous standing engagements that never change, they threaten to write you up and fire you. Very professional
