I applied through seek. There 3 round of interview 1 round : technical test, tesnical question regarding c# (Unit testing, generics, Using statements , related questions regarding c#)and Sql server(Storedprocedure function, view , joins) 2nd round : software architecture and design of projects, and some sql server question and behaviour question. 3rd round mangerial: behavioural questions.

Question 1
1st round: unit test cases coding example of unit test, coding example of polymorphism and inheritance, diff between IS and AS what is Internal keyword? diff between stored procedure and function? (30 min for coding test which is write program for reverse string) 2nd round: Architechture of your project? what is static keyword and when do we use it? explain repository pattern and singlton, as per your project description. Quetions about sql server? where do you see your self in next 5 years? what do you do if you hasd conflict with your collegues?
Straightforward. I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn had a discussion with them about the role they had on offer and accepted to move on to a more formal interview. Formal interview conducted on Teams as hiring manager at time was based out of Australia and I am based in Scotland. 30-45 minutes conversation over teams. After that heard nothing for around a week maybe 2 and received an email invite to second interview. Second interview was more of a generalised conversation getting to know me and interests outside of work. Then received an informal offer and formal offer around a week later.

Entretien
The process started with a technical interview conducted by two Senior Software Engineers, focusing on Java Core and Spring Boot. Their approach was not about memorized definitions, but rather on how I understood and explained the concepts in my own words. At the beginning, they emphasized that there were no right or wrong answers, which helped create a more open discussion.
This was then followed by an interview with the Project Manager, which centered more on behavioral and situational questions to assess how I would handle real-world scenarios, team collaboration, and problem-solving within the project environment.
