I applied online. They called within a week of applying and asked me to come in for an interview. I arrived early. When I arrived I had to go in the visitors entrance to get temporary ID for interview(picture and all). I was interviewed by a man and woman. They asked simple questions: what I expected to get from the job, how would i handle customers... things like that. Just getting out of college trying to get a IT job was more difficult than I thought, since I had no work experience. But, luckily they took a chance and I got offered the job.
