The hiring process was very good. The HR from their talent acquisition team called me up and explained the JD to me. He also clearly set the expectation as to what the role is about and how the interview process is. The first part of it is telephonic interview where a member from the respective team would call up and take an interview. It lasted around 45 minutes. Once done, I was informed within 2 days that I am selected for the next round at the FIS office campus in Pune. In the F2F interview, a panel of interviewers joined on a Microsoft Teams meeting over from Bengaluru.

There were only 2 rounds, with the direct managers, the questions would be related mostly about the role and current responsibilities. The whole process took a week for me and there was no response about the result
