Terrible experience with their recruiter. First experience was 6 months ago, had a great phone interview with the recruiter who promised to get back to me within a week.... never heard back because “things changed on their end”.
Most recent experience: Good phone screening with the same recruiter, then good phone interview with the hiring manager.
Was scheduled for an in-person interview until i asked for the salary range... Interview got cancelled 1 day later!
This gives a terrible first impression and would never consider an opportunity working there.

There was HR initial screening call to validate candidate fit and expected salary range/notice period/reason for leaving .
Followed by 2 rounds with a Peer(same role) and Manager(senior role) in each zoom call.
2nd round was with head of development

Entretien
1st round was telephonic by the hiring manager. 2nd was a face to face (virtually). Email said 2 interviewers but only one turned up. Included a presentation round. Got positive feedback for both but later they said the role has been withdrawn.
