They source their candidates from a recruiting agency so we are already pre-screened so the interview process was pretty simple. I met with the 2 managers of the department and they asked the standard set of questions for this type of role then they went into the process of having me tell them about myself to see if i was a good fit for the company and where i wanted to go with my career. All in all it was pretty straight forward.
