After the initial phone screening, everything seemed to be fast-tracked, which I took as a good sign. I had 3 interviews all within a week and I felt like I had connected with each person. They took an extra 3 days longer than I was told I would receive a response. In the end, I didn't get an offer, but what was so disappointing to me was that I wasn't given any feedback - even after asking twice.
