Completely unprofessional company only values ability to handle unrealistic coding questions and not the actual job I was able to answer all actual job related questions correctly but that was ignored

Algorithm questions and past experience to see if you would be a good fit. Being positive and showcasing that you can think of edge cases is very important since as a tester you need to think about how the code would break given a bad or unexpected input.
