One product manager was junior, a couple of years out of school and the senior level product manager was from an entirely different sector (health care) working at finra as a director of product....
Having young people or industry changers who want to milk a last good payday be the gatekeepers of a financial services regulatory agency is alarming...especially since it was very evident from the older (non-industry) gentleman’s questions being solely focused on development/programming languages. Entretien
Interviews focussed on product management, technical and general management skills. Great folks and no gotchya kind of situation. All interviewers were deliberate and elaborated well in what they were looking for. HR process was very smooth from the get go and accessible for any questions. Honest and straight forward.
