The process was very fluent, first an initial screening with TA, then a detail interview with the hiring manager and finally interviews with two internal customers. All the interviews had a behavioral component and a cultural fit component

Multi-step process: phone screen, phone interview with direct manager, then 2 onsite interviews (though it would normally be 1, I believe). Onsite interview was with direct manager & mine was with peer group as well.
