I applied online. Initial interview by HR - basic questions like salary expectations, availability, yrs of experience, etc. Then the next day received a call for an interview with the CEO (Hiring Manager). Interview was done at Starbucks. Questions are related to my experience and the design software I used in my previous jobs. Unfortunately, they need someone who has already experience in the software they are using.
