Laughably easy going interview, no real structure, nobody making notes, just standard Google interview questions. Not the best listeners! Kept interrupting me and not really interested in my thorough answers. I’ve interviewed and hired people in the recent past, the number one thing an interviewee expects is for you to listen to the answer, the answer to the pointless question you just asked. Poor and dishonest communication from talent team, I had to chase multiple times to get an update. Interviewers are not equipped to run a professional interview, they don’t appear to know what they’re looking for and gave really vague answers to my questions. In summary, I was expecting a slick, professional outfit. But was met with ignorance, perhaps arrogance, unorganised amateurs.
