      Candidature

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez FICO (New Delhi) en mai 2020

      Entretien

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at FICO. Suggestion: Don't ever apply for any Job at FICO I got a call from HR(not mentioning the name here) and reviewed my profile over phone. along with expectations and notice period etc... First Round: Screening Round from Hiring manager Second Round: Technical discussion with lead, team members and Hiring manager. Third Round: second technical discussion from another team(cyber security team) with cloud knowledge. Fourth Round: Director level discussion. The feedback from each level/round was positive. I was surprised when I received the call for fifth technical discussion from Bangalore team and that too after the director round. and I assumed this is gimmick because I haven't seen anywhere having technical discussion after director level discussion Feedback from fifth round was - not ok. later I received a call from HR saying we have a similar position and requesting to join with in 30 days however I mentioned already my notice period is 60 days. Feedback for this is received after 2 weeks saying they are looking for candidates who are joining within 30 days. After 2 weeks again I received call from HR for cyber security role with cloud knowledge and manager took my another level discussion ( 6th round). The feedback in the call was positive and was given hope as well for this position. But the feedback which I received from HR is again the same and they looking for other candidates. The entire process took around 2.5 month and my experience I can tell on each round you will feel interviewed for different positions and only the candidates who are having 30 days notice period are considered. I don't understand why they took my interview even after mentioning 60 days notice period and why another level discussion after director round. This is simply wasting time of the candidates and completely ghosted
