I had a phone call interview with the recruiting manager after he saw my profile on LinkedIn. Reviewed resume and set me up with an interview with the company that was seeking to fill a contract position. Hiring required only minimal paper signing and benefit selections. I was hired in less than one week and started work a few days later.
