Had two great interviews especially the first one. The second one went okay we discussed the contract type. Unfortunately after the call on email I was offered a different contract than what we discussed. On asking for clarification, they clarified on call and then asked me to join without sending me a contract. This seemed strange so I insisted on sending me the contract first but then they stopped replying. Quite unprofessional.
