Two+ interviews with the team I would be working with. Panel style— everyone asked questions and I was to respond. After the first round, I was called back for a second interview. I was told that. I did not get it and then called back weeks later for a 3rd interview which came with an offer immediately after.

The interview for this position was conducted via Zoom, there was a very intimidating panel and the individuals on the panel drilled me with questions and made it sound like I had got the position then and there meanwhile they didn't send me a rejection letter until the following month.
