Two rounds of interviews. Overall it was a great positive experience where I got to meet the Design Lead and a Senior Designer. The first round was with the recruiter from the UK and he was a pleasure to talk to.

After applying online, their Talent Manager in London asked for an initial phone-call as they are hiring for their Toronto location. Once scheduling the call and receiving the calendar invite, the interviewer never called as planned. I emailed and reached out, as I understand people are busy and sometimes meetings go late. He responded an hour and a half later apologizing and asking to reschedule to the next day at the same time, which I said works for me. Then, he never showed up again! I understand that people are busy and sometimes things happen, but to not get an explanation and for this to happen twice is not professional at all.

There was an initial phone screening with recruitment in London, then a face-to-face interview in the Berlin office where I would work, and then a second meet-and-greet with the main client in their office. I then got a phone call with the job offer.
