Applied online, was contacted a couple days later for phone screen. After the phone screen they asked to come in to take an assessment (was 3 sections, math, programming and logic; multiple choice, except for a few) and a 3 round interview, each about 5 minutes long. Of you so terrible on any of the tests, you'll have to take it again within 3 months. If you ask for a tour around the office, they refuse to give you one. I asked to speak to one of the students/trainees there and was refused for that too. The gals are respectful, but some of the dudes are down right disrespectful and stuck up.
