Entretien
Shortly after submitting your resume, a hr professional will call to discuss your application. They expect that candidates can maintain the same visa during the training period. For 485 visa holders, it is best to have a officially issued 485 visa instead of a bridge visa.
There are three interviews and take about two week to finish!
1. HR phone call[Background check] + HR interview (BQ interview)
2. AC: BQ interview + tech interview together in 1 day.

Question 1
In tech interview, they ask about dictionary or hash map data structure, and with 1-4 questions about what you will do in this kind of need!
The entire process was pretty simple. Initially you will get an arctic shores assessment which tests your analytical and problem-solving skills. Post that, you will be scheduled for an initial screening call for 20 mins with your recruiter. You will be given a hackerrank test which includes coding+sql based on the role. If you have cleared the round,, you will be invited for a final interview with the account manager

It was pretty straightforward, though it was mostly in the format of questions and response. There wasn't too much discussion/conversation regarding resume, interests, etc. The questions were mostly your standard behavioral questions as well as technical questions regarding object oriented programming and some Java related questions.
