Pretty easy and straightforward. Mostly online for some sections of the interview process. The recruiter has been very helpful and has made the interviewing process very easy. I would say that so far it has been one of my favorite places to interview for.

Screening interview, Phone interview, Assessment Day Screening and Phone interview were basic, entailing walking through resume, and choosing a particular stream of interest to train for. Was also asked a lot about knowing how the FDM model works, and relocation flexibility. Final step was the assessment day at the office. Consisted of 3-4 tests (writing, math, aptitude, all of which were outlined in the email that was sent when passing the phone interview) , and followed with three speed interviews with a trainer, HR person, and technical person. Overall the assessment day was a straight forward process. The lack of mobility and lack of guarantee that placement will occur is what ultimately swayed me from accepting this offer.
