Initial phone interview with the recruiter, followed by a recorded digital interview and then finally a zoom interview with various, in this instance three, individual interviewers that grade you against specific criteria. All strength based interview questions making it very difficult to prepare. Overall the experience was pleasant, even though I didn't get placed, it was a definite learning curve. They're very specific about the types of candidates they want, but they're always very candid and they speak plainly. Recruitment staff are easy enough to speak to.
