Entretien
Begins with a friendly phone call, mainly general chat about why you applied. This was followed by a video interview using strength based questions. If you pass that then there is 4 tests to do. 1 numerical reasoning( number patterns), verbal reasoning, IT aptitude Test on basic IT concepts and a Set Notation/Venn Diagram Test. If pass you have a final interview which consists of 3 separate interviews consisting of 5 strength based questions. The interviewers are very friendly and a recruiter contacts you after each of the application process. Make sure to mention how skills fit the role and be precise about it as I got told was too generic

The hiring process starts with a call from the recruiter asking if you are still looking for a job and are still keen on the opening at FDM Group, then you undergo two to three rounds of interviews.

Interview experience was ok, not a difficult and offer a place. Pay is challenging, and they do not offer any substantial increases over time. Their consulting approach is recruit to train and thats were it ends, short term employment is fine, long-term is not great.
