Started with a quick phone interview, mostly asked about the conditions of the role (did I know about the unpaid training, 2 year contract, geographic flexibility, etc)
Next stage was pre-recorded video interview where they asked strength based questions. You had 30 seconds (unrecorded) to prepare an answer and jot things down, and then 90 seconds (recorded) to answer the questions. You could take breaks between answering each of the questions. There were 5 in total.
The third stage of the job application was 4 tests that were sent over via email, and you had 72 hours to complete them.
The verbal reasoning and numerical reasoning were an app called SkyCity, and consisted of number sequences - finding the missing number in a pattern, and reading a paragraph and answering questions about it.
Both of these tests combined took about 30/40 minutes.
The Set notation and Venn Diagram test required knowledge of sets and subsets, how to draw and accurately find information from a venn diagram and how to fill in information into a VD when given.
IT aptitude test was multiple choice, mostly simple computing and knowledge of common IT acronyms eg HTTP, HTML, etc...
