Gave my resume in a career fair and after a while got an email saying that my application is incomplete. After completing the application got a phone call and set a date for a phone interview which was about some general questions and some sql question. After this step, they sent me an online test which was simple math and algorithms. And a video interview which had 6 general questions. The last step was an assessment in Toronto which had behavioral and computer knowledge questions.

It starts with a simple Phone interview. Then, technical skills test in oop, data structure, SQL. If successful, your have a final round interview. Questions are related to what you know

Told me about the company, asked if I had questions, described the contract. Then asked me a few general programming questions $15/hr 3 months training then $45k first year, $55k second year.

Interviewed over the phone. They were very upfront about their policies and answered every question I had. Their salary left a lot to be wanted, but it was fair. They take into consideration your location preferences.
