Three stages => offer: - Submit CV and cover letter - Telephone interview (8 minutes): Primarily concerned with why you are interested in the role - Assessment Centre: Introductory FDM Group video, two group exercises (one group discussion task and a group presentation), interview (one interviewer questions other takes notes), HR talk, logic test (tests technical knowledge) and written test (summarise a client meeting into a report)
