Firstly, I had a phone interview and continued with a video interview. It was a bit weird to be interviewed in front of a camera instead of a real person. However, the phone interview was really nice and the interviewer was very kind and helpful.

Incredibly easy, nothing more than a friendly chat. This was intended, I suspect, to be so easy as the contract is ghastly and bordering on a scam. Thank god for this website, without it I wouldn't have known about the awful things they do.
