There are 3 processes. The first process was the phone interview. If you sucessful, they were invite you to the office to do test and face to face interview. The second process was the tests. There were 3 papers which test your math, logic and grammar. The whole duration took about 2 1/2 hrs. After the test, which if you pass the test, there is a face-to-face interview which took about 15 minutes. The result of recuitment will be known within 48 hours.
