I received an email from a recruiter asking if I would be interested in applying for FDM. I had a phone interview and was then invited to an assessment day where I had 3 interviews which focused on my degree, my knowledge and interest in IT and then general work questions. I then did 3 test, a basic (GCSE standard) maths test, an aptitude test and finally a test on set notation and venn diagrams.
