Entretien
First a phone interview and then a group exercise, there are usually more then 6 people. Different group exercise, which took about one day. They start with an introduction, some presentation about the company. At the end of the day there is a one to one, where you are questioned about you skills.

The hiring process starts with a call from the recruiter asking if you are still looking for a job and are still keen on the opening at FDM Group, then you undergo two to three rounds of interviews.

Interview experience was ok, not a difficult and offer a place. Pay is challenging, and they do not offer any substantial increases over time. Their consulting approach is recruit to train and thats were it ends, short term employment is fine, long-term is not great.
