1) Initial call (phone interview) from HR personnel to check up on your basic communication ability and language proficiency. 2) assessments (it/biz, logic, mathematical) 3) face-to-face interview (mine was 1-to-1) with member(s) of Sales team (Account Managers), mine even be on the same day as the assessments. 4) possibility of 2nd interview round (from what I heard) 5) accepted at scheduled to join training course (courses are every 4-6 weeks)
