Entretien
I was head hunted by a recruiter for the IT and business Graduate scheme, after having a look at the company website I was happy to apply for the position. I then had a telephone interview and was screened which I successfully passed. I then had to have a video interview and once I passed that I was invited for an assessment in London.

What is Organisational change and is it always a good thing

When am I available to start
Then we also had test which were based on set notation, Maths and IT aptitude
The interview was tedious. It relied on these weird strength questions that seemed to be designed for me to just repeat what was on my CV. It was time consuming yet fairly trivial.

Entretien
Series of phone calls then an online interview and skills assessment before a final stage of an online interview. All in all had around 4 stages and were conducted over a relatively short time frame.
It was a very long interview process and we were made to wait quite a while to get informed of the next stage. Overall, a lengthy and stressful interview process with various stages.
