I was contacted after a job fair at my university. We interviewed the following week, and the interview went well. They were really excited about FCB and wanted to know my excitement about advertising. Unfortunately, I didn't receive an offer after a great interview, but will apply there in the future for entry level positions.

Fairly straightforward, had typical questions about “tell me about a time where you did xyz” along with some brain teasers to see how you think. It wasn’t super stressful though

Entretien
It’s pretty straightforward. I was looking for someone who is genuinely interested in learning the role, taking initiative, and growing within the team. Having a positive attitude, being open to feedback, and showing a willingness to develop new skills were the qualities that mattered most to me.

They mainly asked about my experience with the tools, software, and AI platforms I use in my workflow. The conversation focused on my proficiency with photography and editing software, content creation tools, production workflows, and how I leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, creativity, and overall project execution. They were interested in understanding both my technical skills and how I apply these tools in real-world projects.
