From the first contact it was easy to perceive the good vibes, the positivity in the analysis of situations and above all the feeling of belonging that everyone shared with me. It was without a doubt the best recruitment process I have ever gone through. I classify the difficulty of the interviews as average, perhaps due to the fact that the functions I would perform would be a follow-up to what I already do on a day-to-day basis, but also because of all the informalism provided by Farfetch. I didn't accept the proposal, but I spent hours thinking about the answer. The proposal was good and close to my current salary, however as I had already taken a step back in the past to be able to grow in a company, I did not feel that today I would be motivated to do the same again. Maybe it was the moment. In the future, Farfetch will remain on my wishlist. And I believe that we will still do good things together.
