The interview was with an RH colleague and a Head of operations of the team I was applying for and it was from basic questions regarding my background, skills, and professional experience but also very focused on what I knew of the company and of each service. Doesn't give much space to talk about your challenges and how you overcome them because they were clearly focused on my research about Farfetch. Unfortunately, it was not a good experience not because the interview was hard (nothing surprising for the role) but because the RH member looked like wasn't even listening, or caring about my answers, its presence was so unnecessary and disrespectful actually.
