I applied online. The first interview was a call with HR about my background and experience, and she gave me a good overview of the job role. The second interview was a face-to-face interview with the Marketing Production Manager and the Marketing Production Executive. The third interview required an Interview task presentation, with the Marketing Production Manager and the Head of Marketing Production and Planning. When the interview finished they asked me to stay for another interview, this time with the CRM Manager. Every interview was 1 hour long, I had 4 stages of interviews in total, and the team was very friendly and cool. Before the third interview, the HR emailed me saying she was going to give me a call for feedback. Now 3 weeks have passed and I haven't heard back from them. I sent two emails chasing it up, no response. Even if unsuccessful an email or a quick call would be appreciated, especially after the effort and commitment I put for the whole interview process. It's a shame because I was very excited about the role and working for Farfetch, as I admire their culture and the innovation that the company brings in the Fashion industry. Disappointing experience.
