The interview process was smooth, it started with a talk with the HR recruiter mostly revolved around myself and a bit around the company. Then I was sent a small project with some extra requirements to complete. The next step was a technical interview revolving around my background and the solution that I provided for the problems.

First stage - call with hiring manager Second stage -take home coding test And at this point there was the problem: the test was pretty easy, just to develop a simple SPA with some CRUD operations. The problem was that only the CREATE method was implemented. After an email ping pong with the hiring manager (where he says to implement the methods in the redux ?? and other things like that) that slow down the proces few week, they told me that, if the method weren't implemented, I should implement those methods (GET, POST, DELETE and populate the database). I left the process because of the bad comunication and bad management, as it was suposed to be a 100% frontend position
