Entretien
It's about an hour long interview, and in my case, 7 questions were asked. All were pertaining to the job itself. There was a panel of interviewers as well. I also interviewed over Zoom.

Have you ever handled a difficult customer and if so, describe how you resolved that issue.
40 hour virtual interview with a panel of 4. Two attorneys and two program analysts. Asked me questions about my previous job experience and why I wanted to work there.

Entretien
The interview was thorough but a great experience. I had 8 questions, and some had multiple parts. I took notes during my interview to ensure I spoke to each part of the question. I let my interviewers know that I would be taking notes so they wouldn't feel as though I wasn't paying attention. I had four members on my interview team. There was close to 100 years of service between the four of them. I was very impressed with their knowledge and time spent in their respective positions.

Tell me about yourself? Do you prefer to work alone or with a team? What role do you play on a team? What is one weakness and three strengths you have? How do these affect your work? Tell us about a time that you had a difficult situation at work. How did you handle it? What was the outcome? Tell us about a time you made a mistake at work and how did you correct it? Why do you want to work with this team? What are your goals and ambitions with the agency? How do you react with assignments that are outside of my scope or job description?
