Referred by a current employee. The process was smooth, four interviews via phone and one in person. Interviewers calling were on time and clear compared to some phone interviews I had where people had bad connections or tons of background noise.

How do you influence stakeholders you have limited contact with and little to no leverage for their cooperation?
Situational Questions mainly. Had to discuss relevant experience to the question set in a star method. These are the most difficult questions to answer. Prepare ahead and ensure that you can speak to the nuances of your job and your performance in the past.

I applied through a friend. The process took apx 3 weeks. Initially the recruiter called. Then the director called me for a phone interview. later I met the director in person. finally I was asked to come onsite. I spent one half day talking to the team.
