Series of interviews that seem a bit unnecessary. Excessive with the amount of interviews. Easy interviews. They will see your character and your personality, because that matters tremendously to them.

Once application is approved, you get a phone screen call that have basic questions about availability, transportation etc., then you'll interview with the DM and following that interview you'll either be offered on the spot, told you'll get a call, or something to that effect.
