J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Express Scripts (Saint Louis, MO) en oct. 2009

      Entretien

I submitted a resume and applications for several positions online. Within about a week's time (maybe less) I was informed by email that I was selected to go further in the interviewing process. The email also contained a questionnaire that I was given a few days to complete; it wanted to know how I'd handled certain scenarios at previous jobs, such as deadlines, working with difficult customers, etc. After the submission and review of my questionnaire I was contacted to set-up a time to come in for the skills assessment testing (data entry, mathematical aptitude, comprehension). It is important to go to the skills assessment prepared for an interview, as you may wind up with an interview that same day. After the skills assessment at Headquarters I was set up for an interview that same day, at the Earth City location. I was given the option to do it another day, FYI. The interview was friendly and relaxed. I had two supervisors ask me questions that were somewhat similar to the questionnaire. They explained the job to me, as well as some of the benefits, and were overall very knowledgeable about the various topics. I applied on 10/15. My interview was on 10/27. By 11/3, I'd received and accepted the offer.

      Question 1

There were not really any difficult questions during the interview. They were all questions, that if you thought about them seriously, and pulled from your own experiences, you would be able to answer well. Either that, or you should be a really great storyteller, able to pull details out of your butt. The worst part of the whole thing, for me, was the weird data entry test. I had never taken a data entry test like that before. It was formatted oddly, on paper, and though the instructions were clear, I did not seem to be able to program my fingers to obey instantaneously. I passed with the most allowable amount of errors, at 11%. I asked to take it again, but was told "The most important thing is that you passed. No, you may not take it again."
