This was a Phone Interview with more than one party on the line. Very casual. Interview was for a consulting position, so less stringent than for a permanent position.

consisted of written round and then the selected candidates were called in for 3 rounds of interview case study round case study discussion round then behavioral round and at last fit round overall a very good experience one should keep calm and practice puzzle questions as well as guesstimates to crack the interview process

Very short process by phone. One of the easiest interviews I've had for such a high paying job. I came into the office after the pre-screening & the interview was very friendly, thorough buy shorter than some I've had. It wasn't a group interview & it wasn't stressful like most.
