Just one phone call and they offered me the job without a Skype or in-person interview. Everyone was really nice but after doing some research I realized the company is basically a fraud.

Applied online, phone interview process. HR Rep was very nice. Followed up with another individual. He was also very nice and professional. He emailed me documents to read and sign to set up training session.

I applied online and was contacted within 48 hours. The first call is made by one of their HR representatives at their office in Plano, TX. It seems fairly straightforward - if they call you, you've essentially been chosen based off of your resume and representative is most likely judging your character. After a brief discussion they'll want to know if you're willing to move forward after you've learned what they tell you about the in-depth details of the position. Afterwards you can expect a few email/document exchanges with a higher manager and information on the training.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
You will most likely be asked about your previous sales experience and why it prepares you for the job. Displaying a knowledge of the merchant processing industry will be beneficial.

Excellent interview process. YOu must rely on cold calling and not the appointments that are set. good company if you are willing to cold call. Good news is that you can start right away. Go thruogh a little training and you are all set. Shouldnt take more then few days to get going.
