J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Express (Bloomington, IL) en oct. 2010
Entretien
I applied online and got a phone call about a week or two later. The call was like a "mini" interview to see if they will call you in or not. After passing that, we set up a date for me to come in for the interview. Upon arriving, there were 5 other people interviewing for the position (6 including me).
Interviewer asked the basic questions....Why Express....what makes Express stand out....Worst customer story and how did you handle it, etc. I have Years of retail experience so this was really easy for me. Received a call back a few hours later after they checked my references with job offer. Be sure to wear Express clothing during the interview as well.
