I applied online since they don't do paper applications. The application took about 15-30 minutes, you have to do an online quiz/survey (if you skip the quiz or don't score high enough, you won't be considered for an interview). I was called to come in for an interview about 3 weeks later and was interviewed with another person also applying for the job by the hiring manager. After the interview we were told we would get a call in about a week or so to see if we got the job. I did get the job and started working about a week later.

Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.
