3 step interview process applying via LinkedIn. 1 was with HR. 1 with hiring manager and team. 1 with the director. The interview was easy as they just asked about past experience and not necessarily anything technical. My first interview was with HR as a regular screening. The second interview was with the manager and 2 analysts. Similar to the first interview nothing in-depth. The third interview was with the Director. It was also the same as the previous interview. I did not receive an offer however noticed on LinkedIn the analyst interviewing me during the second round was offered the role. I found that highly unprofessional to have someone else applying for the same position be on the interview panel
