I applied online, and I received a phone call to come in for an interview about a week or two later. I had an interview with one of the store managers and a sales lead. The questions were pretty straightforward. They want to make sure you will be able to sell to customers and handle them in a difficult situation. I also think they just wanted to hire people for the holiday.

Applied online and was contacted to set up an interview time. Went to the store for the interview and they asked me some basic questions and about my retail experience. Called me back about 2 weeks later offering me the job.

It was a group interview and we all went around answering questions. Everybody had good answers and I didn't even receive an offer. I thought I was going to get hired because I answered my questions to the best of my ability.

Got called in for a group interview with 2 other people. Then got called in for a brief meeting with one of the managers - a one-on-one interview that lasted 5-10 minutes.
