Submitted online application, received a call a few days later to go to the store for an in-person interview. Discussed best practices and previous work experience with the hiring manager. Then the hiring manager helped find an open position at another store to match my qualifications.

It was conducted in the back office of an Express store. It was an hour long. I did not have to do a second interview. They were hiring for multiple positions at multiple locations.
