I approached this store's table at the mall's job fair. Very nice woman was hosting it. I wrote down some basic info and was told actual applications could be filled out online. Filled it out that evening and got a call for an interview a few days later.
Hiring manager was the same woman at the fair. I was brought to the back office for a private interview. Relaxed/comfortable setting. There were very few questions other than if I attended high school/college and those listed below.
I was hired and orientation was that day.

I first applied online, and then I got an interview date and time, and then I went into the location for the interview. After that I just waited for a little bit of time and then I was sent an offer that I signed

Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.

Easy and straight forward interview. They ask for your availability and if have fashion experience. Also, asks about previous sales and customer service experience. The job itself is not hard at all.
