Brief cold call phone interview with an assistant asking basic questions on job experience. Extensive interview with owner which included philosophy on pricing new accounts. philosophy on the subject of worker compensation. Face to face meeting with owner. asked how i dealt with certain situations in the staffing business. Submitted Resume along with professional references and a list of former clients.

I got a random call on a friday afternoon from them, they found an old resume on zip recruiter. Had to go to do new hire paperwork in brandon, that could have been done online. Told it was an opportunity in tampa, but came to brandon twice. Did not get that role and was offered a different role in brandon. May be a good option if you are local looking for local opportunities.

Interviewed in person with Regional Manager and then in person with the VP. Interviews where very lengthy, asked a lot questions and kept the conversation going. Be prepared to get into long conversations, but stay focused on the your past work experiences. Easy for the conversation to become personal too quickly.
