The interview process was thorough. They wanted to make sure I could do the tasks I'd be accepting, and wanted to get a sense of how I prioritize the things I value. They looked for whether you have done research on the role and the company.

Really easy, if you are kind and excited and seem competent you're almost guaranteed a job. There is usually a task they have you do to sell the membership to them so be confident in selling something
